If your first thought is “I don’t have 10 hours a week” then NMB probably isn’t for you!
2 hours – 10 pieces of content.
Yes, you can make 10 pieces of content in 120 minutes.
If it takes you more than 12 minutes per piece then you’re thinking too hard!
1 hour – engagement.
With people on your content and in other places.
The sole purpose here is to get attention.
1.5 hours – friend requests or connection requests.
Ideally, 50 a week which equates to a bit under 2min per friend request.
This will give you enough time to scan and see if the people you’re friending are ideal clients.
1.5 hours – having conversations in direct messages to set appointments.
The goal here is about 10 appointments per week.
9 min per set appointment on average.
This will get you to be efficient and skilled in these text-format conversations.
4 to 5 direct questions straight to a call is the best way to do it.
No, your ad-lib-style Harry Potter presentations will not work!
4 hours – scheduled appointments, whether a call or a meeting.
Ideally, at least 5 of those.
May have weeks with 3 full appointments and 2 follow-ups.
If you can have at least 20 new appointments per month and sign up 40%…
That equals 8 new people in your NMB per month.
This isn’t a perfect plan by any means.
Think of it as an example guideline.
But it’s focused on the thing that matters: starting and having conversations with people.
Get out there and do the work.
Hope this gives you some clarity.
