In the world of network marketing, success hinges on the people you surround yourself with.
Not everyone is cut out for this dynamic and evolving industry.
There are different types of individuals, and understanding their mindset is crucial for this business.
In this blog post, you’ll explore four distinct types of people.
That way you can identify the kind of individuals that can truly thrive in the NMBs—the winners.
The first type is people who must always be right.
These people “know” everything.
They have all the right answers and you cannot tell nor explain anything to them.
But, they are not the right people for you and your network marketing business.
Their minds are too set, closed for anything other than their thoughts.
The second type is people who must always be comfortable.
Their house might be on fire, but they will still be sitting on their sofa, eating hot dogs and watching tv.
These people are toast.
The world economy is not moving back, it is moving on.
And people who need to stay comfortable will be left behind.
And you should not even talk to those people because you will make them uncomfortable.
And they will not move because their priority number one is being comfortable.
The third type is people who need to be liked.
This business is not for them either.
They want everybody’s approval.
Wanting to be the good boy or girl who will always ask “I did the right thing, you like me, don’t you?”
There is a high chance they won’t be successful in this business.
They would probably want to be liked by people from the first two groups.
And there is the fourth kind of people, for whom this business is perfect, the winners.
These people must win.
And that is where I am at.
The best thing life has taught me is that it does not matter how many times you got hit and fell down.
What matters is how many times you get back up!
When something knocks you down, do you go and say “Oh you offended me?”
If you do, most likely you won’t be a success then.
The world and the economy will probably pass you by.
So whatever happens, winners will find a way to win, but it always requires some sacrifices.
Success takes sacrifices.
And the winners are the people who will dominate the network marketing business.
Which is a smarter and better way of starting your own business.
When talking with people about your network marketing business, you need to ask yourself:
Is this person telling me what I want to hear just to be liked by me?
Or are they gonna fight with me because they know best?
Or are they gonna be very upset because I am disturbing their comfort?
What you are really looking for in your network marketing business, are people who want to win.
People who know that the economy is moving on, and are prepared to change so they could win.
And that are the people I am looking for and will support as well.
