“Shy People” Effect

You can help your prospects…

But only if you know what your prospects need.

To find out their needs, you have to let the prospects talk.

That is why networkers who talk less and listen more, do better.

I wonder if this explains why shy people do so well in network marketing.

Shy people listen more than they talk!

Feeling unmotivated?

If you wait for someone to come around and motivate you, what will happen if they don’t show up?

Are you going to stay unmotivated for the rest of your life?

What about your team members?

When negative people whine and try to bring you down to their level of depression, simply ask them:

How are those thoughts and feelings serving you right now?

Have you ever had new distributors call you and say:

“Oh, I can’t be successful because you are not helping me enough.

I need more help.

Why don’t you do my work for me?”

As a leader, you can only smile when you get telephone calls like this.

You know the callers are avoiding personal responsibility for their results.

They are so used to blaming everyone in the world but themselves.

What can you tactfully say to the callers to help them grow up and accept personal responsibility?

How about replying to them by saying:

So what exactly do you want me to do for you, that you are unwilling to do for yourself?

Most distributors will at least begin to accept personal responsibility for their business.
