Well, the short answer is, you don’t!
One day I read a certain post on LinkedIn.
In it, the person unintentionally gave away the secret to getting clients through content.
He said:
“The more I post about business, the fewer clients I get.
YET the more I post about my life and interests, the more clients come to me.”
It’s true.
The days of posting “value” content are over.
People go to Google or YouTube to search for that kind of information.
What people really want, is to get to know you as a person better.
Look at me for example,
My name is Stjepan Jozipović.
I’m 35 years old and from Zagreb, Croatia.
I adore pit bulls and have one currently.
I show people in network marketing the smarter way of doing business.
I love dancing salsa, bachata, and kizomba.
My favorite book is “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.
I am secretly saving all the cooking recipes I find on IG.
Probably will never use most of them…
And you are more likely to find commonalities in these points above…
Than any value post, I could have put out.
Why?
Because we are both humans first and businesses second.
And you’ll engage with those that you feel a connection with before anything else.
Take care of this with your content, and then people will find you.
